Statistical Programmer
JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Genome Diagnostics (PGDx) is seeking a motivated, professional Statistical Programmer who will provide statistical programming and analytic support for product design, development, product transfer, production, clinical trials and quality assurance, and analysis for registration/premarket approval (CE-IVD, US-IVD, US-PMA) of qualitative and quantitative IVD assays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide end to end statistical programming at a project or study level
  • Creation and review of programming specifications
  • Perform statistical analysis, generating analytic reports, Tables/Listings/Figures, and exploratory analysis
  • Ensures appropriate documentation and QC documentation for their deliverables
  • Participates in project meetings, discussions, or presentations sharing ideas and experience with teams
  • Rapidly adapt to changing project and strategic requirements
  • Collaborates effectively in Cross-functional Team setting
  • Debug and resolve issues in code with a cross-functional team
  • Prioritize work and complete deliverables to timelines
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Must be proficient in R or SAS
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Experience working with version control systems
  • Knowledge of clinical research with emphasis in the development and support of the analysis of clinical trial or human genomic data is preferred
